Customers are advised to be aware of the necessity to ascend and descend over 100 steps during an estimated tour duration of 1 hour 15 minutes.
Customers are advised to be aware that due to essential cleaning processes of the brewery machinery, some areas of the production process may not be fully operational in the evenings and between Friday evenings and Monday mornings or during the festive period.
Tour guests are advised that closed-toe shoes are required for health & safety reasons to access the live production areas within the brewery (no open-toed shoes, sandals, flip-flops permitted).
Minimum age is 12 and 12-18s must be accompanied by an adult.

A tour experience can be arranged if you or anyone in your tour party requires wheelchair access or for anyone that may have difficulty with stairways or walking for around an hour. Brewery Tour Bookings
To cancel or change the date of your brewery tour, you must notify the Tennents Visitor Centre no less than 48 hours prior to the tour by calling 0141 202 7145 or emailing bookings@tennentstours.com.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour will result in full payment being charged without exception. No refunds will be made available and we will endeavour to reschedule your booking for another date.
Group Bookings
You can cancel an entire Private Tour Group Booking prior to 10 days before your scheduled reservation date by notifying us via email bookings@tennentstours.com. Your 50% deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel a Group Booking 10 days or less before your scheduled arrival date we will not provide a refund of payments made. Cancellations within 10 days of the tour will result in full payment being charged without exception. No refunds will be made available however we will endeavour to reschedule your booking for another date.
