Tennent’s Wellpark Brewery has been part of Scotland and its culture for generations. Our historic brewery has been producing award winning brews since 1885, and now it is your chance to discover how we make Tennent’s so special.

Wellpark Brewery is home to the UK’s largest beer attraction - the Tennent’s Story heritage centre! This immersive guided experience traces the history of Scotland’s oldest brewery, from the 1500s to the present day. Centred on the story of Hugh Tennent and the first brew of Tennent’s Lager in 1885, which was described by newspapers at the time as a "madman’s dream", the heritage centre is home to artefacts gathered from the first days of brewing at Wellpark in 1556 through to today. The Tennent’s Story heritage centre is free of charge so do not miss out on this must-see experience!

Our Brewery tours will take you through the history of the Tennent’s site and through the famous brewing process, we as offer a range of masterclasses from Gin to beer . Whether you are looking for a day out with your mates or celebrating a special occasion, we’ve got you covered. There might even be a wee pint of brewery fresh Tennent’s Tank Beer at the end of the tour for you. Tasty!
